Hi. This isn't a review but I have been trying most of the day to phone to cancel my appointment with Dr Young at 4pm. Both my husband and myself are full of cold - coughing and sneezing well. I was told by the nurse on my last appointment to ring towards the end of October for an appointment early November to have my warfarin levels checked. I have phoned several times but I do not get an answer or if I do I get cut off. | ||||||

I sent an e-consult yesterday and your reply was simply passing the buck. I would have at least expected a Gp appointment to reassess the situation. It may be insignificant to you but to me it is causing distress. | ||||||
