When you do get in, you are allocated your 2 minutes with the Doctor, then pushed out with the light being switched off as you go out the door!!!! Good luck. | ||||||

Awful surgery. After only being with this surgery for a year I would not recommend anyone joins, no one bothers to call you back, or 'my phone doesnt ring' you sit in a queue after over an hour someone may answer but you can tell they are not happy at all about having to do their job, you can't physically make a complaint without having to wait hours for someone to answer the phone, and when you finally get through theyre rude because you're asking to make a complaint, no appointment times are given so if you work and you miss your call then good luck because you have to fill a new online form out to have a call back the next day, I would say this surgery has majorly impacted my mental health and nothing seems to get done about it. | ||||||

I have been with Forge Road Surgery since childhood, then it was Drs Ryan and Mcgivern, I am now 74. Throughout this period of pandemic I have had excellent service from this surgery, just by filling in the on line form. Someone immediately rated the form information and let me know what the next step is. If they felt I needed to speak to a Doctor, I would always be contacted by the doctor within 2 days. Brilliant Effective, and it works. | ||||||
