The e consult is a dreadful system. I have been trying to get an appointment for my daughter for a number of weeks now. She is in college and I’ve asked for her to be contacted on her days off. The e consult obviously hasn’t been read because I’ve again got a day when she’s in college!! People want face to face contact not telephone calls. It’s time for them to stop hiding behind their phones and return the the coalface like the rest of the NHS has through this pandemic!!!

Hi Llay doctors has always been fantastic, A great help and given a good feel to know if we were ill they are there to help. I understand that with Covit there are changes . But never being able to get an appointment or even to talk to someone, I find worrying , I have been lucky in the past 18 months with my health, with the help I think of the Vitamin D tablets. Not able to have these added to my medications. Not sure why, again not been told. but sent for a blood test. need to find outcome and cannot get through on phone. will try again today. but thought I would send this email. I am not alone with my fears as all my neighbors I talk to are in a similar opinion. Hope to see you soon. ( not to soon as I would be ill).
