Comapny do not pay salary. They offer 9 pound for hour and then give you contract with amount 8 pounds for hour They want you to work 7 day in a week with out day of for months. I negotiated one day but they still put me in a rota that day No care plans,training is taking 3 hours when normaly you spend one week They want you to work form 7.00 till 23.00 without break. If you say no they give you 2/3 hours per day. They do not take care for workers. Mrs Katarzyna is recruting people but she is not running the company. If tehere is any problem company is not answering your sms, e-mails, sometimes phon. The care workers are changing settings in company phones in a way that they stay at client house 10 minutes and getting paid for 30 minutes. Workers are not wearing uniforms, they are shouting for clients and rushing them.
