Aug 20 2021 I have to say how much I have appreciated your support through this incredibly difficult time. You have been amazing, as has your whole team.Nothing has been too much trouble. Youve looked after my aunt wonderfully, as you have both me and my sister.Your response to questions or worries was so patient and understanding. I know we made the right choice with Bluebird and although, as you are aware, I hope this will be our last contact if our aunt decides to stay at Lincroft, I will however, without hesitation, be in contact if she does decide to return home.

We appreciated the kindness and support that we received at all times. Most importantly though it was the dedication of her carers that made it possible for her to fulfil her wish to stay at home until the end, incredibly difficult though it was.
