Mar 23 2018 We needed care fo my maiden aunt who lived 120 miles from the nearest of only three relatives. She wanted to stay her small bungalow where she had lived for 40 -50 years. Home Instead were recommended by a local friend and we cannot speak too highly of the care they have provided for the last two years. The ladies all took an interest in our aunt and treated her with respect and gentleness, irrespective of her idiosyncrasies! Whenever there has been a problem the supervisors know all about her and also pop out to see her. We have been able to discuss all her needs and staff have always carried out our wishes. It has been with regret that we are no longer using Home Instead, because she now needs 24 hour care in a home which HI couldnt provide. Home Instead may be a little more expensive than other organisations; I don't know: I havent looked. The care the provided is worth every penny.
