Bayliss and Wilcox Community Support Ltd

I would like to comment on the service that we are receiving from Baylis & Wilcox services providers. We were recommended to this provider for our son who has learning difficulties, epilepsy and autism after his previous service withdrew much of his service. From the very start, the whole issue of supporting our son was dealt with by a manager in a very professional yet friendly and caring manner. Each time she visited, she was very thorough and introduced us at a very early point to the member of her staff that she was allocating to support our son, followed soon after with the 2nd member of her team. Since then, they have supported our son on a regular basis over the past months, and everything has been very good. Both staff are caring, supportive, understanding and professional and our son enjoys being with them. They are willing to pursue any activities that we suggest and encourage our son at every point to participate. A third member of staff, previously known to our son, has also supported him on one occasion and we hope that this tight knit team with continue to work with our son on a regular basis. The manager replies to emails and messages very promptly and if she feels that it is more urgent, she will contact us by telephone to discuss anything immediately with regards to our son's care.It is very obvious that anything discussed between us regarding our son, is passed on to the staff so that they are fully up to date with things. We cannot speak more highly of the the support that we are receiving at the moment from Baylis & Wilcox
