Dec 23 2015 The care staff, domestics, kitchen and other hands on staff work very hard; they genuinely look after the elderly very well indeed. Unfortunately the turnover of care staff is high. This is not to do with the people they care for; I believe this is to do with a very strict sometimes overpowering registered manager. This is unfortunate because the care staff work extremely hard and if this was taken into consideration then there would be more harmony between all the staff. The turnover of staff concerns me somewhat. the residents are well looked after.
