Aug 30 2017 The service started well with a regular care team but suddenly changed without any notification and new teams took over and times of visits were also changed without notice. The carers tend to be good or very good and say that they feel they can provide the best service when they have a regular client base rather than being moved around frequently. Managers tend to be very slow to respond to complaints.
