Dec 10 2016 Don't get me wrong most of the staff are friendly caring people it's just they have had little or no training to do the job safely and in a dignified manor. We had no set times for visits and they practically came when ever they liked; morning calls have been between 7 and 11 and when you informed the office they would just say 'well they should be with you'. In 4 months reported to CQC twice due to safe guarding issues and improper use of equipment. We only stayed with the company for 6 months in the end as I was concerned over my mother's care. Would not recommend.
