Apr 16 2021 No one in the office to answer the phones. Automated message played three times and then you are cut off. When you are able to leave a message, no one gets back to you.Carers can call up to two hours later than the time on your sheet. They say the time given to them is different to the time on your time sheet.We struggle to pay our monthly bill with a debit card because no one answers the phone.
