There is usually always one individual that lets the side down, but in this case the failings seem to come from the top and has worked its way down. With the exception of a few individuals who seem to genuinely care. There seems to be a lack of respect for clients and their homes and i feel there is a worry that vulnerable people who don't have anyone else to stick up for them would hit a brick wall as the company do not seem to care. Its been very sad to see a good friend of mine become incredibly anxious, depressed and less physically able due to the lack of care in every sense . It seems to me she is not seen as a person who has feelings but just a old lady who has nothing left in her life!. I could go into great detail about the failings and I am not someone who would normally write a review, but i feel so strongly about this I felt it was something I had to do.

awful company, i cannot think of anything nice/good about them as the T&C states i cannot put everything on here so this will be short but this has been like this for some time now, staff in the office are abrupt and rude and will do things without letting you know or if they do its very last minute but they do not care, i've had 5 or 6 support workers and most of them had their in their phone, only one that doesn't and actually does their job and that is my current support worker. i'm still trying to figure out the positives of this company. I normally despise change but sometimes i think it could be for the better.
