Citizenship First 350 Glossop Road

I have used citizenship first for the last ten years and now I would like to know what the heck is happening. We do not know who's who any more i've lost count of the managers there have been in the last few years, my, real worry is that now their aren't enough support workers to cover shifts vulnerable people are being left without support my daughter is fortunate she lives with her family, but that means when she hasn't got support we are not getting our respite. We really think there is no future for the company any more and this is very worrying. Citizenship first used o have an excellent reputation now it's got a very bad one , the remainig support workers are working all hours to cover shifts but still clients are being left without support, is there anyone out there who could put this company back on it's feet before the inevetable happens.Management is the key to this company, someone who knows what they are doing because whoever is the manager now doesn't appear to be doing what needs to be done.

we have been with cit first for over 10 years they provide support staff for my son.the last year has been so bad we are looking into other service providers.the support staff have been great all the problems are with administration and management of office.not replacing leaving support workers with trained staff in time.complete strangers turning up to provide support .I am constantly on phone trying to sort things out.most problems have occurred over the last year...not good enough....the support workers are really under stress and do their best and more at times.no wonder so many of the good ones are leaving...sort it out cit first.

I would like to know who is the manager or the cheif , I have used this company for seven years and have seen a big decline over the last couple of years we don't know who's who any more and staff are leaving that have been with us for some time, very good staff i may add. My daughter has lost two excellent support over the last two months and is now down to two . When I ring so ask if anyone else is to be appointed I am told 'we are dealing with it, but I feel nothing is being done and I fear for the future of Citizenship First something needs to be done and quick so Citizenship First get a move on before you are left with no staff or worse still no clients. This is serious if the people trying to run this company can't do the job then move on and let someone who know's what they are doing get on with it.
