Bluebird Care (Sheffield)

My father was allocated to the end of life fast track team after wishing to come home to spend his last days. The service from start to finish was excellent the high key trained staff provided excellent care to my dad up to the last day. The management team were excellent and always on hand for support and advice and couldn’t do enough for us. They accommodated our preferences and sad wishes. Cannot say anything other than excellent. They gave our dad the most support and compassionate care we could wish for and we couldn’t thank the team enough.

Bluebird care in Sheffield looked after my Mum in her final days through their fast track service. When Mum first started with Bluebird I was cautious as I had never had experience of care services before. The carers were amazing. They helped my Mum with everything. She got regular carers who she knew and built lasting relationships with. They were sometimes late but the manager always called to let Mum know which helped a lot with my anxieties and worries with having people come into our lives. When Mum started to deteriorate, her carers treated her with the upmost respect and remained her dignity. If I ever become ill, I hope I am treated the same way. Their care was of the highest standard. When Mum left us, Bluebird helped us through everything. They are an amazing service.Thank you so much from myself and my Mum. I know how grateful she was.

Lovely place to work, very friendly staff and nothing is too much trouble. Staff are polite and courteous as well as been friendly and proffessional.
