May 6 2015 This agency provided care for a patient I have seen regularly as a community matron. Prior to their involvement he had frequent hospital admissions but when they took on his care he was able to ramain safely at home all through the winter months. He told me he was very pleased with the standard of care and had complete faith in them. he always saw the same staff and felt he could talk to them and ask them anything. They were also very good at liaising with his GP and Pharmacy and he never ran out of medication. His service was comprehensive and of excellent quality.
