Selecting carers for your loved ones is one of the most difficult choices you need to make in life. You want them to provide the care that you would give if you where there. I personally feel that we made the right selection in picking Nouveau care. Our selection was helped during the various company interviews that we conducted because my mother was able to meet with the actual carers that would be attending to her and not a management team. The husband and wife team of Nouveau care are very thorough, professional and compassionate when needed. They do not rush the care they provide and make time to listen to mum and give feedback to her and our family. They are open to suggestions and have added additional elements to their monitoring and reporting where it adds value. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone in the same position as us.

Over the years i have had a few carers look after my mum but none of them had reached the standard I would have liked till my friend recommended Nouveau care. With friendly staff that always take care of my mum with kindness and consideration, great quality service and never lose their high standard, would definitely recommend to anyone who is looking for great care, service and reliability.
