Jul 9 2019 I am just writing to thank you and the staff of Bluebird for the excellent care I have received over the last few months. I shall miss the visits and the enjoyable little chats I have had with the various carers, but I am so much better than I was and feel that I can now manage on my own. You have all helped me through a difficult patch and I wont hesitate to ask you for assistance again if the need arises.

Jun 5 2019 Started off well with minimal needs to meet my elderly Dad. "Cant believe he is nearly 95" comments not helpful when clearly he is becoming more confused, unmotivated and increasingly frail, 18 months later. Rota was helpful but lots of different carers, all doing duties differently, sometimes not at all e.g. laundry, washing up. Comments like "I would look after you all the time" disconcerting when residential home being considered and Dad distressed not knowing one carer from another. Attention to personal hygiene and appearance was often lacking and very frustrating.
