Jul 24 2018 Derbyshire Dales Re-ablement team helped get my Mum back on her feet after several falls had left her bruised and weary but most of all knocked her confidence about doing ordinary tasks. Staff visited morning and evening for 5 weeks with gentle encouragement and practical help. With support from the falls team, carers helped her gradually do more for herself and regain her confidence about making meals and going out. She enjoyed their cheerful friendly visits. Help with finding the right sort of on going support as the reablement service reduced has also been very useful.
