A Class Care

We had been receiving care for another agency that was local and I was really unhappy with the care provided. We as a family decided with my father to choose another provider. We were very diligent with our selection. The first thing that impressed me was at the assessment stage. They sat with us for about 2 hours really getting to know my fathers needs that wanted to know what he liked, didn't like and what support was required. I was really impressed with how thorough they were. What we found with the other agency is that they were sending several different carers and that just was not acceptable for us. This agency promised that we would have 3 main carers 2 regular and 1 back up. I can honestly say that they were true to their word. They constantly keep us updated with any changes. They have regular communication with us. When we have update meetings its like having a family member in your home. If there is an issue they deal with it straight away. What we also like is that they are flexible. If there are things that need to be done they will do it. Its so reassuring having their carers there. I have nothing but praise for them and I would highly recommend them. They are truly an A Class Service.
