Our experience of this company has so far been good The efforts made prior to selecting a suitable carer for the needs benifits both parties. We have employed the services for 27/7 live-in carer and have been able to experience peace of mind that our 87 yr mother has someone taking care. The normal fine tunings fo getting the right "fit' for charactoristics of each carer ( there needs to be x2 to cover the full schedule - 4 weeks one carer ,2 weeks another) through constructive feedback has enabled us to find a good match for my mother. It is important to have the clear expectations called out so everyone is on the same page. This currently is working out for our family. Well done to the member of staff who manages the carer and qualifies each before certification.

My mother recently had an accident which required her to have full time in home care for three weeks. We contacted Audley Homecare who, on very short notice, provided the necessary support. They were extremely professional and courteous and the person who took care of my mother was magnificent. My mother herself was a nurse for 30 years and she could not speak more highly of the quality of the care. We would highly recommend this company to others.

I would use the following words to sum up the service provided by the management and staff at Audley Homecare: kind, caring, efficient, reliable, obliging, friendly and conscientious. It was very reassuring to know that my father was receiving support from the nicest kindest people, and when you have to rely on others to support your dear and close family member, it really matters.
