I phoned through to reception seeking advice. The phone rang for 4.07 minutes before I Hung up. Not a good first impression.

After a series of falls leading to severe lack of confidence in going out, my doctor referred me to the Falls Clinic. The classes were very gentle, nothing very alarming but surprisingly the exercises have been very effective. I still try to do them everyday and remember most days. They are quite short so this is not very onerous. My confidence has come back. I try to walk at least a couple of miles every day. My balance has improved a lot and I can now raise my toes from the ground, which I found impossible during the exercises. I think this contributed to my tripping. I am very grateful for the help I received and have recommended the Clinic a couple of friends who have had falls.

After being admitted to hospital with excruciating pain in her side,having endless scans and poking and prodding,catching a V and D bug, which was absolutely awful! Loosing 2 stone in 2 wks! My Beautiful 82yr old mum was admitted to Milford Rehab after 5 long weeks.......where she was made to feel so welcome by all the staff, taken good care of, fed lovely yummy food! and taken down the gym to get her back on her feet. Only 2 weeks later 9lb heavier she was discharged a different woman.I cannot thank everyone enough for their care and support through my poor mums difficult time, i really cannot believe the transformation in her. So a big thank you to all those involved xx
