Went there about 12.30 after I slipped over and twisted my left leg. Thought something was broken. Got seen pretty quickly (not busy). Needed xray, xray lady even did mine even though she had started her lunch break! Very good service there. I had still to get to T Wells Pembury for fracture clinic follow up and additional drugs in case of blood clots. Really good from start to finish. A pleasure to go there. Staff very caring, sympathetic. Realised weather was closing in and we needed to get to T Wells quickly. It was a blizzard on way home after going to T Wells.

My elderly father was recommended to see a general physician due to a complicated mix of ailments, Parkinson’s Disease being the main one but other issues that were making his life difficult. I fully expected to see a junior person but the appointment was with a professional doctor who specialised in care for the elderly and stroke. He fully understood Dad’s condition and took time to review everything and then explain fully to us. Excellent local service.

Came in to have a wound checked following an accident abroad. Excellent care, re-cleaned and re-dressed and advised to come again for a follow up. Couldn't fault the staff at all.
