Apr 24 2023 I feel very fortunate to be able to access NHS at North Downs Hospital. Every time I have been in as either a day case or for an outpatients appointment I have been treated with care and consideration. All the staff are wonderful and I felt I knew what was happening at all times. The hospital is clean and professionally run and I would be happy to go back if I ever needed to again in the future.

Nov 14 2022 I was treated with courtesy, care and respect at every stage of my treatment. I was kept informed throughout and given the opportunity to ask questions. The staff were wonderful.

Jul 11 2023 I recently had cataract surgery at North Downs Hospital. The staff were fantastic, nurses, consultant and theatre team, they were all so friendly, helpful and caring. I was made to feel at ease and would like to thank everyone for their professionalism and kindness. I would definitely recommend this hospital.
