Aug 15 2023 My care as an inpatient was excellent hospital is tired but my care food room I could not ask for more. However no one has let my GP more importantly myself an NHS patient that my care has discontinued due to Kings Oak stopping nhs patient. I am now going back to the beginning via the long train of NHS awful triage physio and what a complete waste of time & money. Am guessing Kings Oak has so many private patients willing to pay higher fees profit that they can shaft NHS patients back mid treatment. Different if they finished what they started. Disgraceful. Patient communication zero.

Jan 24 2023 I attended Kings Oak on 24 January 2023. I found the place really welcoming. All the staff and nurses were extremely professional and very respectful. I am grateful for their service.
