I was really pleased to learn that during your short stay with us you found our day staff to be both caring and interested in you as a person. This is a top priority for us here and we were delighted that the CQC also recognised this and rated us as “outstanding” on being caring in our last inspection in September 2018. I have noted that you have also raised some areas for us to improve. I will certainly review the number of games on the consoles and remedy this quickly. I will also ask for feedback from our current young people about the food and night staff to see if they share your views. It would, however, be helpful if you could give me a little bit more information about the three day assessment so that I can learn more about how we might improve this for others.
