Was admitted on June 8th 2023 for total hip replacement. From the time of admission time, till the time i left was treated superbly. From top to bottom, all the staff were unbelievable. (11 out of 10). Nothing was a problem for no-one. Excellent food. Also a massive thanks to Charlotte Woods & her pre-physio meeting, definitely put my mind at ease. To everyone at Circle (Reading) thank you.

I attended Circle Hospital Reading yesterday for the removal of a benign wrist Lipoma. My total experience was beyond incredible. Once again all staff surpassed themselves in providing first class care in a warm, friendly manner. There was a calm, professional atmosphere throughout the facility and I feel so fortunate to be offered this centre via the nhs funding agreement in place. All of my dealings with various staff leading up to my surgery yesterday have been completely efficient and nothing was left to chance. This is so reassuring and impressive for the patient. Importantly, the building appears exceptionally clean and the menu I was offered within the Day Care unit was exceptional. My food was beautiful and I was offered frequent hot or cold drinks.
