nurse is in the wrong job, so rude and has no people skills what so ever. Uncaring and quick to dismiss real concerns. Triage nurse is even worse. She was so rude to me because I missed my name being called out as I’m hard of hearing, I explained I wouldn’t have been able to hear and I’m sat around the corner. She shrugged her shoulders and said “not my problem” her general attitude is dreadful.

Arrived on time for our appointment 5 mins early) with our newborn to be weighed but were kept waiting 50 minutes to be seen. No warning of big delay by reception when we arrived and midwife was rude when we expressed frustration at being kept waiting with such a young baby. Then left a longer review on here but the system failed and that was not recoverable - feel they wasted a lot of our time and could do better with basic communication.

I attended the hospital last Friday after a fall which left me with a badly cut face. All of the staff from reception through triage, x-ray and treatment, were very professional, friendly and efficient. I cant thank them enough.
