We apologise that this has been your experience however thank you for your feedback. As a learning organisation your feedback is important and has already been shared with the team. We are currently in in the process in developing the ward as part of some ongoing project works at site which we hope will address the issues that you highlighted. Patients safety is our highest priority and we work to a supportive staffing model. We will take your feedback and review the staffing levels and understand if we could have improved this in any way. May 17 2017 I stayed at this hospital for 3 nights whilst I awaited for a bed from my local hospital. The staff are a credit to this place. They truly are worth there weight in gold and I thank them for the warm reception I received , the great care whilst there and on leaving.. Thank you guys enormously.
