Mar 20 2023 The emergency dentist on Sunday the 19th march was so kind and caring, and make sure I had the right treatment so I had no pain for a few hours, so I could sleep and also started me on the antibiotics I needed. I’m so sorry I didn’t get her name as I was in so much pain, but she was amazing and understood how much pain I was in, and she was so caring. Thank you for helping me

Aug 13 2018 An absolute joke ive been with palmers mental health team for 1 year ive had no treatment took 6 months for me to be involved in my care plan which took 5 weeks to draft and another 5 weeks to recieve a copy complaints are brushed off and dont follow nhs step carw moduel guidelines i suggest moving to newcastle!

Nov 4 2017 Just wanted to say the staff in Jarrow are the best. Never more than a 30 minute wait. Totally reliable to find a vien and carry out their jobs. Always friendly and professional. Thank you Jarrow phlebotamists. What annoys me is you don't have your own specific feedback tool.
