Im not often moved to give feedback but wanted the service to know the the CNS I saw today is an absolute asset. She was professional and reassuring throughout. Both she and her colleague treated me with the utmost care and attention and made me totally at ease. This is so important in a situation that doesnt lend itself to good vibes. Bravo.

I had an appointment for Elm Ward today Saturday 12th August and was a bit apprehensive as it was the weekend, but i cant give enough praise for the efficiency of the Nurses and Doctors who I was seen by. I was called on time, and my problem was dealt with thoughly and careringly and i was given my results within the hour. Cant thank them enough.
