Oct 23 2023 My journey with my knee operation was a scary experience to say the least . Ward 22 & all members of staff from start to finish helped me to feel relaxed & positive. I can’t praise them enough for the care patience & hard work they carry out .very professional, caring & friendly.Thank you all very much.

My GP was wonderful and conscientious and had no issues in ED or the ENT emergency clinic. However, the ENT Consultant I found very uncaring and rude to my assistance dog. They didnt listen to my concerns and I feel that they wont offer answers until they get perfect ear microsuction from me. I find it extremely painful and disconcerting due to sight loss and recurrent tinnitus.
