Receptionist was abrupt and rushed despite no other patients waiting in this area. A stark contrast to the warm welcome received on the main reception. The person performing the ultrasound seemed ill equipped to adapt to the vulnerability of the patient and did not advise the nature of the scan in order for them to make an informed decision, which caused undue stress and emotional upset. |

Blood test nurse was rude. I didnt have the paperwork with me as there is a new system where the details of time and place are sent by text message. I never did get a blood test. I have rebooked at a hospital 25 minutes drive away in order to avoid being spoken to in that manner again. |
