Oct 11 2023 I had an operation yesterday in the ambulatory procedure department, I can not praise the service enough. Arrived at 07.00, checked in, assessments completed and surgery performed, ready to go home by 10.00. Everyone, receptionist, HCA, nurses, ODP, doctors, surgeons anaesthetist were all wonderful, thank you all so much, also loved the banter and good humour. An all round highly efficient service

Oct 5 2023 We booked in at 4.30pm (ish) with a damaged ankle and wrist. I was seen fairly promptly by a very approachable nurse, who took me to xray in a wheelchair after taking a full health history and checks. I didnt wait long for the xrays then went back to a & e. Saw the same nurse and was given the results and exercise sheets and advice. We were able to leave by 6.30pm!!! Amazing. I was expecting up to 8 hours All staff were lovely Finding a wheelchair was the most difficult part
