I attended the hospital today with my son and upon leaving I couldn't pay the carpark fees as it wouldnt accept card payments and I had no coins so I had no choice other than to leave without paying so I'm sure I will receive a fine. This is not acceptable as I'm sure that the fine will be a lot more than the £1.50 I needed to pay |

My husband has been in hospital since 20th Dec. He was admitted with suspected chest infection after falling out of bed at home. After being in for a week I was informed that he had a broken hip. This was operated on the next day. My biggest complaint is the time it takes for staff to answer the phone Since there is no visiting the phone is the only way to gain information. I was told he was due to be discharged. but heard nothing. I made 35 attempts to contact ward with no response on the day. Made further calls without success this morning. I realise the staff are very busy but this seems to be a ridiculous amount of calls with no response. |
