Went here for nothing, special needs fahtima alsayer declined to do any treatment unpleasant experience not clear the reason she declined to comment on why she was incapable to do any procedure. Very agitated and rudeness should not be tolerated clearly she has reported the wrong information which is not correct infact is false she is very manipulative person fahtima alsayer misleading and dishonest to mislead on your report. Also to mislead the NHS with incorrect information on a patient record. Clearly does not like doing any practical work dental procedures. I hope this situation will change in the future and the relevant authorities or regulator look into this matter that fell far short of what is expected. Rudeness being rough handed amounts to gross misconduct.

Its like this hospital does not excist. Not one of my many phone calls were answered what ever number i rang. You are put in Q but the Q never goes down . Emails not answered either . Reception at Uch just put you through to same unmanned numbers to !!
