I had an appointment with the podiatry dept at 3pm . The gentleman was to say the least first class with a professional attitude solving my problem immediately. I wish the NHS had more like him! Thank him on my behalf he deserves it !!! |

My brother was moved from acute care hospital after brain surgery to St Pancras on Saturday afternoon his anti seizure medication was not provided (usually every 4 hours) when he asked for it was advised no Doctor available until Monday so unable to provide !!!! Only because my brother was well enough to argue this was Medicine eventually provided. In the following 24 hours this medicine was provided in the wrong dose... again, my brother noticed and they rectified. Anti seizure medicine ? Not provided can result in death .. many of the patients at St Pancras are elderly, recovering from stroke and unable to monitor their medications. My brother is still awaking a response from manager who assured his wife that she would respond immediately!!! ....yesterday !!! Avoid this hospital |
