I.had a brief stay on the Nostell ward back in February. The rooms were very clean and the meals were good. In my opinion some of the staff need training on how to show like they care and have some empathy as many made you feel worse than what you already did going in there. Some never smiled and were unfriendly. When you feel vulnerable and not well the last thing you need is feeling uncomfortable around the people that are supposed to be there to help in a time of need.
