The Registrar who my husband visited today provided us with the very best consultation we have experienced in our lifetimes. He was friendly, kind, informative, knowledgeable, professional, he explained every aspect of my husband’s condition in great detail as well as the specific medication which had been prescribed for his condition. Afterwards we both commented that it was a pity we could not have had a video of the entire period we were speaking with him as it was so unique. I have a fear of anything to do with my eyes but neednt have worried. From the reception, to the nurse ensuring I was having the correct eye dealt, with down to the nurse assisting the super doctor carrying out the procedure, everyone was outstanding. Thanks to everyones efforts I now have perfect vision in my left eye. Cant wait to have the right eye done now and this time I wont be any where as afraid as I was the first time round. I can highly recommend ward 9 to anyone requiring cataract surgery. Many thanks
