Sep 1 2023 Saw a consultant who suggested a fairly quickly removal of a skin lesion After seeing the consultant I had a phone call a day later suggesting if I could they had a slot the very next day. I turned up and saw a charming nurse & surgeon who explained who would do the surgery, how they would do the surgery, and how to take care of the wound. What else would they do, you might say. Well, it was the way they did it. With warmth, with interest and with humour. No mountains, no molehills but lots of engagement from reception to the surgery.

Jul 14 2023 Very pleasant experience getting a bone scan today. Light hearted interactions, friendly, non critical ie positive. It all helps.

May 19 2023 Had a CT scan this morning,19 May 2023. Just want to say how amazing the staff were. I was very nervous but they were both so reassuring and kind. It was so appreciated. Thank you so much.
