Jun 10 2023 I have just had a total hip replacement here and cannot fault the outstanding care and attention of every single one of the staff. I felt so well looked after and reassured - its a shame I cannot say the same about Hillingdon Hospital - but Mount Vernon staff were excellent including the consultant and surgery staff, the cleaning staff and people bringing the meals, physio, OT anyone else that Ive left off - you were all brilliant. Thank you for making my stay so comfortable

Apr 26 2023 I attend my appointment 15mins early and to be told to sit down someone will call you In shortly turned into an 54 Minute wait and they didn’t even know I was sat down and waited apparently. Waste of Time , really bad service.

Mar 27 2023 I have always had a pleasant experience from hospital staff however this morning the staff on reception were extremely rude rolling their eyes at me when I asked through the window where the department was that I was looking for as it was locked and I did not want to miss it. I am sure if their doors were not locked they would not have rolled their eyes, completely unnecessary. They should not be working there if they do not want to help the public!
