Department was operating on an immediate assessment basis but no treatment. This is not safe or effective. I went there with shoulder pain following a seizure and told this was chronic and should contact my neurologist due to my ‘fit’ and pain. I was advised I needed to see a doctor and was told that no I couldn’t have an x ray to check if my shoulder was in place as it dislocates / subluxes regularly and the department was at full capacity. My shoulder went back into place onto the way home and I will not be visiting this department again, also comments made were quite offensive. Education is needed on injuries that occur from seizures. |

Just seen an absolutely fantastic triage clinician in the minor injuries dept for my daughter and her fractured hand. He was professional, amusing and very helpful. |

We went to this hospital for the urgent care centre mentioned on this website. But the receptionist said there is no urgent care centre, there are no doctors there, only nurses. So dont go expecting a walk in service, there is nothing. |
