I have two insect bites that are swelling up and I was travelling from Essex to Cornwall. We were diverted through Chard as the main road was closed and saw the sign for the minor injuries unit and thought we'd see if they could help me out. EVERYONE was the right mix of professional, friendly and a little...cheeky. I was processed in and out within a stunning 20 minutes and felt like they cared and gave great professional service. Thanks! Original Comment Report... Reply from Somerset Partnership NHS Foundation Trust Thu, 15 Aug 2019 07:02:00 +0100 Hello and thank you for posting about your Mother's visit to Chard - I hope she is doing well after her fall. I'm really pleased to hear that the staff treated her well - I will pass this comment on to Hannah, the Managerial Lead at Chard Minor Injuries Unit, who I know will be really pleased to share this with her team. Thank you again and best wishes to your Mother, Jenny |
