Many , many thanks to all the staff of Base 2, Highclere ward.
You were brilliant in the care of my late father Tony Deacon.
The Rainbow room was amazing. My sister slept over a few nights.
All staff and doctors went over and above their duties.

I have regular colonoscopies and came yesterday feeling very anxious and tearful due to a very traumatic colonoscopy 7 years ago. The staff put me at ease straight away as they listened to me and showed that they cared. They went the extra mile to make me feel at ease and stayed with me reassuring me the whole time. I felt incredibly well looked after and blessed by the whole team. The dr was amazing with explaining everything to me and helping me to understand some things I have never been told before. I feel you have taken some of my fears and anxiety away and will be asking if i can PLEASE come back to you in 3 years time. Thank you so much. I can’t explain how much the whole team worked so well together, supporting one another and caring in such a beautiful way. You truly are amazing.
Thank you so very much. You made a horrible painful procedure more bearable than it ever has been before. Original Comment Report... |
