The staff disrespectful, never get meadcations on time, or not at all, they take all you items when have episode, not returned then leave you without blankets all night freezering in room, food never cooked properly, shout and screaming with inpatients and leave them too it, about 6 time ppl asked meds still not got them, then got some cocky stuff who stick noses up at ppl they ment be doing there jobs and have dure care and attention to do it the whole place needs good kick up back side

I've witnessed general unprofessional behaviour toward inpatients similar to that which the most recent reviewer relates, from the HCAs, all of whom are foreign, and not only rude and aggressive but lazy and incompetent - a HCA, playing pool, when asked by a patient to fetch him a safety razor out of a locked cupboard, told the poor man to wait until he'd finished his game. The best thing that may be done with this hospital is to close it, relocate the few good staff to Queen Elizabeth's in Birmingham, and lay off the overpaid management and administrators.
