My 14-year-old son has been in Tuxford since September 2015. I have not experienced one member of staff who hasn't given 100 percent to the well-being of the children. They have done their utmost to give the best quality of living there whilst limited by funding levels. Absolutely no complaints about food, cleanliness, visitor welcoming and general friendliness. A huge thanks is due to all the Care Assistants, Nurses, Doctors, Specialists and Teachers. Thank you - and you deserve better!> Original Comment Report... |

People are bored and under stimulated and are not given choices in activities and care and support is not person centred. The environment is too restrictive and there are not enough suitably qualified staff to engage in a meaningful way. Patients are not receiving good quality care and treatment Original Comment Report... |
