Oct 23 2017 I visit Joan at Sycamore Rise every day for about 2 hours and sometimes have my lunch with her, the staff and managers are brilliant. Eveyone is very helpful and always there to help with any problems any residents have. We viewed many care homes before Joan came to Sycamore and all fell below our expectations. The staff recruitment is a credit to the manager you know your loved ones are in the best of care. Highly recommended
