There is a passenger lift, as well as a staircase, to the first floor and wheelchair access is available throughout the building. The home also accommodates people who need shortstay/respite care and rehabilitation, for example after a hospital stay or to give full time carers a break.

Aug 14 2019 My aunt came to Neville House for respite care following a extended time in hospital. She now has a place there permanently and has made her home there. We are so blessed to have such an amazing place for my aunt to call home. The care is second to none. The staff have been so caring and compassionate that at times we have felt overwhelmed with gratitude that such a place still exists. Thankyou.
