Feb 12 2017 My mother has been in total care Windermere suite since July 2016. The level of care is amazing. It was a difficult choice for myself and my sisters but the staff are amazing and cannot do enough for mum. The care is excellent the meals lovely and the housekeeping second to None. The carers are so committed on Windermere nothing is too Much trouble for mum. Thank you to the staff for making such a difficult choice so easy for us and mum xxx

I cannot praise the unit enough, the staff really do go the extra mile they can be doing multiple tasks but have time for residents and family alike if there's one thing I feel on leaving it's complete relief that she's looked after by a caring considerate team well done.
