Mar 2 2018 I have been going to w w & h ever since I moved to the area, 20+ years, they have always given a professional service in all aspects, I have tried an alternative, spec savers, who got my glasses all wrong and the frames felt cheap and fragile, I learnt my lesson..... I would highly recommend ww&h to all my friends and family.. excellent opticians..

I am still a very satisfied customer. The staff are very friendly. The opticians are very professional and thorough. I have been a contact lense wearer now for 30+ years and the aftercare is excellent. The whole family now trust their eye care to WWH.

Oct 4 2016 Unfortunately it took three tests to get my prescription right; they got the distance sight wrong once and the near sight wrong twice. One of the fitters stays with you while you choose frames, the other sends you to look on your own - and then puts you at the back of the queue again, even when you've chosen and are ready. If they can't treat customers fairly, they shouldn't have them.
