Jun 4 2017 Specsavers in Chippenham would be far better off without the awful rude, obnoxious and condescending person that did my eye test . I have always been happy with their service but today has put me off wanting to use them again

Jan 26 2017 Went today for contact lens review and eye test. They were extremely busy but still managed to give excellent professional attention from greeting to leaving. Chippenham is extremely lucky to have this care and attention.

Oct 28 2016 As well as two particular members of staff who have always given me excellent care & attention when I have been in Specsavers for appointments or choosing glasses, I would like to add another staff member who was very helpful in fitting my new glasses yesterday & also the Audiologist who did my Hearing test so efficiently.
